Choco Latte Prosanctus Inferi have really upped their game since their last release. This is black metal that is blood curdling, chilling, and violent. Favorite track: Host Beasts Rose As Angels Nocturnal.

Damien Vidales Raw, twisted and cacophonous black metal that hardly lets up in it's duration. Best described as a ripping, psychotic bludgeoning from start to finish. Favorite track: Apex Jaws In Madrigal Posture.

TurbinoZ100000 I feel so goddamn dirty listening to this, like I was going to dentists office but opened the wrong door to a satanic ritual, but it was too awkward to leave anymore so I just waited until it was over.

Zlata Black/death that sounds pure evil. Aggressive and cold while still sounding powerful, Prosanctus Inferi serve up 8 hellish tracks in an old school, but simultaneously refreshing way. I did enjoy it, but don't see this myself listening to this too much in the future. A great effort, nonetheless.

Maxrock Pummeling the scales of doom and death into maximum blackness (I know, it doesn't really make sense). Favorite track: Gestation Within The Lunar Miasmic Envelope.

PSA: if there was an album you heard a couple years ago and thought it was ok, listen to it again and you might love it. That's what happened to me with this album. I cannot fathom why it didn't stick with me back then. Same thing happened with Decoherence's Unitarity for that matter. Matten

Researched Icelandic bands before being able to visit the country in 2019 and found primarily Misþyrming!!!! They reignited and intensified an existing ( and somewhat on the back burner at the time ) love of heavy music. Even listened on the flight there!
